At some point, life felt more manageable, more hopeful, more like you. Now it may feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, as if you’ve tried everything and this is the last place left to turn. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, even frightening, especially if you’re not sure what will help anymore. I want you to know that this moment, right here, is not a failure. It’s a signal that something inside you still wants relief, understanding, and change.
Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves, exhausted by patterns they don’t fully understand, or stuck between knowing they deserve more and not knowing how to get there. My role is to see and hear your experience truly, so you don’t have to carry it alone. I believe deeply in the resiliency and capability that exist within every human being, even when it feels buried or out of reach. It is my job to help you reconnect with that part of yourself and begin to trust it again.
In our work together, I use a thoughtful, integrative approach—drawing from strengths-based, solution-focused, emotionally focused, CBT/DBT, and trauma-informed therapy to support you in moving toward the life you want. The path forward isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about activating what’s already within you and helping it come back online in a way that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable.
