My work is about slowing things down, truly seeing you, and helping you reconnect with the strength that lives within you.
At some point, life felt more manageable—more hopeful, more like you. Now it may feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, as if you’ve tried everything and this is the last place left to turn. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, even frightening, especially if you’re not sure what will help anymore. I want you to know that this moment—right here—is not a failure. It’s a signal that something inside you still wants relief, understanding, and change.
Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves, exhausted by patterns they don’t fully understand, or stuck between knowing they deserve more and not knowing how to get there. My role is to slow things down with you—to truly see and hear your experience—so you don’t have to carry it alone. I believe deeply in the resiliency and capability that exist within every human being, even when it feels buried or out of reach. It is my job to help you reconnect with that part of yourself and begin to trust it again.
In our work together, I use a thoughtful, integrative approach—drawing from strengths-based, solution-focused, emotionally focused, CBT/DBT, and trauma-informed therapy—to support you in moving toward the life you want. The path forward isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about activating what’s already within you and helping it come back online in a way that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable.
I support individuals in navigating life’s challenges with care, honesty, and intention. I offer a grounded, supportive space where individuals can slow down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and begin to move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
In my work with couples, I focus on helping partners understand the patterns that keep them stuck, communicate more openly, and reconnect with one another in meaningful ways. Whether you’re working through ongoing conflict, emotional distance, or a major transition, I approach couples work with curiosity, balance, and respect for both partners’ experiences.
